At TechPulse, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns on most items. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables and components are included, and securely tape the package to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the device, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
